Bucktrax Banzai 4x16 for sale

Track description

Bucktrax 4' x 12' Banzai purchased in 1996 from Scale Auto in kit form originally assembled on 1 piece table with and carpeted. Added 4 - 4' straight sections purchased from Brystal Tracks in 2006 to lengthen to 4" x 16".

Table now consists of 2 - 4' x 6' sections and 1 - 4' x 4' section in the middle. The original track was rigid white PVC which is actually an off white, the sections added in 2006 are the expanded PVC material which is more of a blue white as the original color could not be matched. The track itself is in 8 pieces all with power taps and all removable from the table for transport.

The table sections are 2"x4" framing with 3/4" plywood top. 1" x 10" 's were added around the perimeter of the table for a 5" high barrier and trimmed to 3" at the drivers stations. The 3 table sections sit on top of a 2"x6" framed support table with 6 - 4"x4" legs with angled bracing and swivel casters for mobility. All table sections, support table ,legs and braces are assembled with carrige bolts for ease of assembly & disassembly.

The track is completely wired with color coded drivers stations with brake and harness for lanemaster hookup,reed swiches were not reinstalled after rebuild.

No power supply or computer are included.Track was never recarpeted after rebuild table surface was painted a dark brown.

$1,400 was original cost of kit with $400 spent on extra straight sections, this does not include the time and materials for table construction.
